Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. The product

The product offered is a personalized video analysis of your golf swing, produced by an independent coach selected on the platform. It includes a recorded video with voice-over commentary, short written notes, and a small number of recommended drills. Each analysis is sold as a single, standalone service.

2. Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on each coach's profile. The price shown at checkout is the final amount due. Applicable sales, use or similar taxes are added at checkout where required by U.S. state and local law. We reserve the right to change prices, but the price in effect at the time of your payment is the price you pay.

3. Placing an order

To order, you choose a coach, then proceed to checkout and pay the displayed price through our payment provider. A confirmation is generated once the payment is accepted. You then upload your swing video from your account or from the upload page. The order is not considered completed until your video has been submitted.

4. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, by card through Stripe. We do not store your card details. The analysis becomes available to your coach once the payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is digital. Each coach displays an estimated turnaround time on their profile. The clock starts once you have uploaded your swing video. You are notified when your analysis is ready, and you can view it from your account at any time afterwards.

6. Refund policy

Because each analysis is a personalized, coach-produced service that begins once your video is submitted, refunds are handled as follows:

• If you have paid but not yet uploaded your video, you may request a full refund at any time before the coach begins the review.
• If the coach has already started producing your analysis (after you have submitted your video and the review has begun), the service is considered fully performed at your express request and is generally non-refundable.
• If your analysis is not delivered within a reasonable time beyond the estimated turnaround, or if the analysis is materially deficient, you may request a refund through the Contact page.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

7. Video content

You are responsible for the video you submit. It must be your own or a video you have the right to share. The coach and Montelly Golf receive a limited license to use it only for the purpose of producing your analysis, and it is never published or reused.

8. Use of the analysis

The analysis you receive is provided for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly broadcast it, in whole or in part.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Coaching is professional opinion, not a guaranteed outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Montelly Golf's liability is limited to the price paid for the analysis concerned, and Montelly will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Dispute resolution and governing law

These conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will, where possible, first be addressed through our Contact page. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions in our Terms of Service, including binding arbitration.
